Welcome to Street Bazaaar. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Street Bazaaar and your purchase of products through our Website.
These Terms apply to retail customers, corporate and bulk buyers, and Website visitors. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy form part of these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract under applicable Indian law.
Anyone under 18 may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when using our Website or placing an order.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activities carried out through your account.
You must not create an account using another person's identity or false contact information, or create multiple accounts to misuse promotional offers.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately.
However, colours, textures and finishes may vary slightly due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings. Dimensions and weights may also be subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.
Products are subject to availability.
Where applicable, imported products will display statutory information such as country of origin, importer details and other required declarations.
Manufacturer warranties apply only where specifically mentioned on the product page or supplied with the product.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Shipping is free on orders within India as described in the source Terms. No separate delivery, handling or COD fee is added at checkout.
Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when you complete checkout.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you to either confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it and issue a full refund.
5. GST Invoices
Business customers may provide their company name and GSTIN during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the GSTIN and legal business name provided are correct before completing payment.
6. Orders & Contract Formation
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.
A binding sale contract is formed when we dispatch your products and send you a dispatch confirmation with tracking information.
Before dispatch, we may cancel or decline an order if:
A product is unavailable or discontinued.
There is a pricing or description error.
Your address is not serviceable.
COD verification fails.
Fraud or payment irregularities are suspected.
We are prevented from fulfilling the order by law or a payment/logistics provider.
Any amount already paid for a cancelled order will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
7. Payments
We may accept:

Credit cards
Debit cards
Net banking
Cash on Delivery on eligible orders
Online payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers.
Street Bazaaar does not collect or store your complete card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
8. Coupons & Promotions
Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional coupons are single-use, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
We may modify or withdraw promotions without affecting orders already placed.
Fraudulent or unauthorised use of coupons may result in cancellation of the associated order.
9. Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. Eligibility may differ between products and should be displayed on the relevant product page.
10. Corporate, Bulk & Custom Orders
Corporate orders, bulk purchases, customisation and gifting requirements may be handled through a separate quotation process.
A bulk enquiry itself does not create a contract. A contract is formed once a quotation or draft invoice is accepted and payment is made according to its terms.
Customised products generally become non-cancellable and non-returnable once production begins, except for manufacturing defects.
11. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Website to:
Carry out unlawful activities.
Misrepresent products or their origin.
Scrape or systematically copy Website data.
Introduce malware or attempt unauthorised access.
Misuse another person's identity or payment details.
Publish false, defamatory, obscene, misleading or infringing content.
Use automated systems to exploit promotions or place unauthorised bulk orders.
12. User Content
If you submit reviews, photographs or comments, you retain ownership of your content but grant Street Bazaaar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use and display it in connection with the Website and our marketing.
13. Intellectual Property
Website content, including the Street Bazaaar name, logo, text, graphics, product photography and layouts, is owned by or licensed to Street Bazaaar and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Content may be viewed or printed for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial reproduction or distribution requires prior written permission.
14. Third-Party Services
The Website may use or link to payment gateways, courier services, analytics providers, chat services and other third-party platforms.
These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to applicable law, our aggregate liability relating to an order will generally be limited to the amount paid for that order.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
